We cannot imagine doing our work without Gather

What are the best aspects of this product?

Great tool for managing catering side of the company. I’m responsible for 3 restaurants but Gather helps me to slow down and to be sure that I won’t forget anything when doing the projects. It is simple to use and highly helpful for team communication within the company, especially when it comes to the interaction between myself and director. We are able to update things in real time and to be sure that this is visible to our clients. I love team communication tool because everyone in our company is updated all the time.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The financial status can be tricky, but I’m new with this software. It could be great if there are more colors within the color code.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

One of the wonderful benefits we have experienced from this software is the communication. Before Gathering we have been using emails and excel. You can imagine how difficult and confusing everything was, we couldn’t communicate with our management departments via excel and to save ad re-upload documents and to send them again via emails every time. Thankfully, Gather helped us to leave this kind of work behind, and to improve the quality of communication between teams and guests. We can easily send them event information when everything is set up so they can have a look into details about the event.
