What are the best aspects of this product?

I love that the dashboards are easy to set up and customize. I am also impressed with the top notch customer support.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The problem with custom styling is it is CSS based which makes it difficult for lay users. I’m not a programmer, but was able to create a custom style sheet by looking at an example. There were mistakes in a couple of line of codes, but the customer support team stepped in and rectified the errors to my satisfaction.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use Geckoboard to identify why our website is successful and why specific sections of the site are popular using numbers. The app has helped to boost traffic and we are able to make pages more effective by viewing real time data about them and adjusting our strategy as we go along.
