What are the best aspects of this product?

I love the tons of integrations and customizable dashboard widgets. The vendor has improved the charts and I can now create amazing graphs from apps like Google Sheets. I can also overly multiple datasets and select how large I want them on my dashboard.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The pricing packages could be less expensive. They are dropping a few integrations such as Xero which is a setback for me as we use the tool. Plus, Geckoboard doesn’t integrate with Jira which is another important app we use.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I wanted to use Geckboard to get a centralized view of what all is happening in our organization across different cloud applications. The system falls short of what I need because it lacks a few important integrations, but to be fair there is no app that offers all integrations.
