What are the best aspects of this product?

For us, connecting to Google Sheets is the most important feature. We also utilize Basecamp. For our customers, we have linked to social media information such as Campaign Monitor, MailChimp, Facebook, and Google Analytics. Mobile access to the system is really helpful. Our management views executive dashboards for important metrics and we’ve taken Geckoboard’s reporting tools and quick access features to our clients who simply love them.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

My only gripe is a few of the customizable widgets are not intuitive. But you can use the support portals to learn additional customizable features.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Before we started using Geckoboard, our management was getting distracted as they had to look at multiple data sources. Geckoboard helps us filter info from a range of sources for our management team, project managers, and marketing and sales teams. Each business unit has its own KPIs that help them do more efficient and productive work.
