Easily customizable system

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that the app is fully configurable. You can use custom components for your specific use case. The API is simple and we were able to easily create an API wrapper to show data on various boards. The display is simple and can be easily understood by our employees. We display the data in our meetings, and we get a lot of feedback and comments about the Geckoboard dashboards.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I wish the grid system was more flexible and fluid. It is difficult to fit everything on our large screen TV so we want a more flexible grid system.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I use Geckoboard to monitor multiple systems in multiple environments. I have everything at a glance, so I quickly know what needs priority and fast attention. We are a small company without a specific operations team, therefore Geckoboard is invaluable as it enables the few employees to perform the same work.
