Geckoboard is a game changer

What are the best aspects of this product?

In my opinion, Geckoboard is a simple yet amazing product. It is not easily customizable, but that is more than made up for as it gives you KPIs in an easy to understand manner that helps all our employees know our status and progress in attaining goals. Plus, the mobile app is excellent too.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

My only grouse is the app is not easily customizable. To use it for big things, you need to hire the services of a developer. The customer support team is not useful for building anything.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use Geckoboard to give headlines of our department’s KPIs to all the team members. We have a monitor in our office that shows all the essential data and informs our team about our performance.
