What are the best aspects of this product?

In find Genbook really convenient because it works around my schedule. All I have to do is to input the projected length of my meetings, and it will find the best timeslot for me. Also, in the spirit of convenience, it manages to retrieve all the data I need in just a matter of seconds.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It can be hard to multitask with this tool. You have to close one calendar first before you open a new one.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I’ve been able to manage my calendar better.
