What are the best aspects of this product?

When we started using this, our clients found it easier to book online with us. it's really user-friendly and helped us out with regards to scheduling.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I think one thing that they can imporve on is allowing users to see more than one user at a time. It would really save me a lot of time, in any case.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It really helped us out a lot in different areas. Like I said previously, booking with us was made easier. It also had reminders, so those appointments were also met or we had advance word if they needed to be rescheduled. This software even collects payments so it helped us out in that department as well.
