What are the best aspects of this product?

This tool is packed with features that I and my clients love. With it, all parties are allowed to set and update appointments. We get prompted whenever we have an appointment coming up too! There are just so many things you can do with this tool to stay on top of your schedule.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

A recent update seemed to have erased a chunk of customer information from the database. We had to allocate time just to have everything set up again. Integration with Google has had a few hiccups too.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Now, we don’t have to have a staff member on standby just to book appointments. Everything is now automized on Genbook.
