Quality tool for scheduling purposes such as making appointments and bookings among others. It is very smooth to learn and use. Using it has provided a great experience.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We cannot find any guides or tutorials for using the app at first. User support is quite unreliable too. This makes the platform somehow difficult to use for people who are not that tech-savvy.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It is now easier for us to make schedules on the web or through the software. This greatly helps us avoid misunderstandings regarding schedules, which is important for us to save a lot of time at work.
