What are the best aspects of this product?
It's not just me who thinks that this software is user-friendly. My friends who use it also think the same. Everyone involved gets to see the times and the appointments inputted, so there's really no miscommunication on both ends. I can be confident that my appointments are in place and I'm assuming this frees up the businesses to do other things rather than spend time on taking down appointments.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I think one feature that could really improve this is if they allow users to request for a time that's not on the list published on the software. Or maybe being able to request for someone that the software says is unavailable.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I used this before from the other end at a business that I worked for and I can say that this software has really made the scheduling of appointments a breeze. The layout was simple and easy on the eyes, both for customers and the businesses.
