What are the best aspects of this product?

I really appreciated how user-friendly this is, whatever end of the software you're on. I was also able to use it to collect payments, which really made everything move along so much more quickly for our business.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Right now the only thing I think they can improve on are their analytics features. It's not as user-friendly as the rest of the software. If they work on this, it could really bring this software to the next level.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It really helped us out with the issues we and our customers were having with booking online.
