What are the best aspects of this product?

Starting with pratically no experience, I was able to get the whole website on my own with Genoo. It was simple enough to go through since its UI is intuitive. Whenever I have issues or dealing with a problem, customer support was always present to get me through them. They wer there every step of the way. As a beginner in today's marketing industry, Genoo did an awesome job in helping me succeed.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I'm having a hard time trying to find anything negative to say about this tool. But if I'm pushed to blurt out their problem, it would be their functionality. There are way too many options available and it tends to get overwhelming from time to time.
