What are the best aspects of this product?
I love the ease of information integration between GeoOp and Xero. This tool helps our organisation to have an electronic paper trail per job where the papers never get lost and are easy to retrieve.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I would like to see more reporting capabilities built into this product.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Further integration with Xero to update invoicing status to show wether invoices are paid or outstanding.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Using this product has made us much more efficient, lean and improved our cashflow as we are able to turn around the time it takes from completion of job to invoicing the customer. Has made job scheduling way more efficient as we are able to allocate a job to someone who has already left head office and they have access to all the info, in the past they needed a physical file in their hands.
