Where do I start! Appalling to say the least!

What are the best aspects of this product?

The idea of this program and what they claim in their marketing was the best aspect of this product, sadly they don't deliver.
When you can actually use the search tools finding jobs makes it easier, however neither the date searches or any of the menu bar searches work anymore so the point is really moot.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Everything really, no one in engineering team wants to help you unless you can prove with video evidence that something isn't working. You are continually ignored and at nearly $400 a month I would expect better service and actually people who know what they're doing.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

As GeoServices is being fazed out no one gives a toss if you are still having problems. Apparently I was to be converted to the original GeoOp at the beginning of last month, still nothing, no phone calls, no emails, nadda.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Nothing - A class action lawsuit is the only way this company is going to change their attitudes by the looks and the only way they will be able to solve the problems we have with this product.
