PROS: Gesture has a well-designed and user-friendly interface. It has a comprehensive set of features that allow for a smooth bidding process. Items can be organized in different ways and are easily searchable. The app is also synced with the users' phones so they are easily notified about auction updates. Overall, I would highly recommend using this software.
CONS: We experience minor setbacks at times during the check-in procedure. Sometimes attendees experience difficulties with using their credit cards. There can also be errors in the profiles of bidders. However, we find that these issues are easily solvable and aren't major causes of concern.
