What are the best aspects of this product?
It's a simple and intuitive tool for getting feedback. Engaging with clients and employees is really simple. Its integration with Salesforce is really great since it assisted us in cross referencing our survey info with our own database. On the rear portion, its allowes us to utilize Salesforce features to mesh with tools from GetFeedback.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There's nothing much to hate. Each small issue encountered was quickly dealt with by customer support. Just recently, they brought in a new dashboard functionality that still needs a bit of work. Support is open for any feedback. It'd be a plus if they have some mobile integration so clients can be surveyed through e-mail or text message.
