PROS: GetFeedback allows me to create fully customized surveys. I am able to make the surveys branded so it can fit our unique company design.

CONS: To be honest, I don’t use the UI to the fullest, I don’t use it on a daily basis and that’s why I have problem with the tools and features and how to use them, but it’s not their fault.

PROS: I love how simple the product is. We make sure that we use its features that are compelling to our users. It’s not the surveys that are easy to create but their distribution and the ability to analyze the results. We are able to insert pictures, to create flows with our own rules. The tool is time saving products during building the surveys.

CONS: There is nothing to dislike about the product, as I said before, it is extremely easy to use.

PROS: The setup is really simple and allows for detailed analytics. It ensures we're utilizing the right mix of functionality that compels users. Not only is this product really easy in making surveys, but it also makes an analysis of the presented results. Images can be inserted swiftly. Workflow creation with flows has saved up lots of time in survey setup.

CONS: There's nothing much to hate with GetFeedback. I agree with most responses made with this product. It's really easy to use.

PROS: I think it was our very own GetFeedback sales representative who gave a PowerPoint analogy when initially showcasing the survey builder. It's simple to make a quality and professional survey and then leaving it in the hands of our untrained staff members. Salesforce integration was another reason why we made GetFeedback as one of our chosen vendors. It's simple GUI has more harnessing power than what many would assume (at first glance). We've made use of it as a logic builder to create intelligent surveys that brings a user to relevant questions.

CONS: At times, it would appear too simple. We'd often see ourselves wanting to add customizations on the pages, like being able to have a few questions on one page. Another thing we might want would be having the ability to manipulate the size and/or styling of fonts. But on a good note, I can understand why they're pushing users to a standard-based format for surveys. This could have something to do with easier compatibility for mobile devices. This won't be a good idea if users intend to make too many customizations on the display elements.

PROS: Getfeedback meets all our needs and we love how simple yet effective the tool is. It provides integration of media directly into surveys and helps to reinforce our brand to our users, we don’t have to force them by using slog of text-based questions. Also, I have to say that the Salesforce integration is easy to set up and very useful thing. We are able to see data in real time and this helps us to better understand our customer’s needs.

CONS: I cannot say a single negative word for this product. My daughter used it for her science research projects, and I highly recommend it.

PROS: GetFeedback is flexible and makes surveys easy to customize, so the surveys are more interactive and enjoyable. I am able to use the product for both marketing and customer service and provides great insight to our support team so they can track marketing optimization opportunities. The UI is intuitive and easy to set up from both customer and admin standpoint. It helps us to better understand our customers by launching engaging surveys.

CONS: In my opinion additional logins are bit expensive.

PROS: GetFeedback is very simple to deploy. It looks incredible in any smart device. It's also very user-friendly. Having the ability to pass on results to Salesforces is an added bonus! It did its job in taking the manual method to an automated solution. It's something that everyone (myself included) loves.

CONS: I just had something really bad to tell about this product. But so far, it's been a pleasure working with GetFeedback from the get go! I've yet to encounter anything negative.

PROS: I like how the product looks and feels. What's more, its mobile UI can aid in increasing the possiblity of engagement since people are constantly on their smartphones and tablets. Its UI is intuitive for making surveys. The design templates are awesome. Monitoring responses and data manipulaition for sharing reports is simple.

CONS: There's some manipulation of data that's not as intricate as I'd want. But it's able to do just enough for basic and intermediate collection of data.

PROS: It's a simple and intuitive tool for getting feedback. Engaging with clients and employees is really simple. Its integration with Salesforce is really great since it assisted us in cross referencing our survey info with our own database. On the rear portion, its allowes us to utilize Salesforce features to mesh with tools from GetFeedback.

CONS: There's nothing much to hate. Each small issue encountered was quickly dealt with by customer support. Just recently, they brought in a new dashboard functionality that still needs a bit of work. Support is open for any feedback. It'd be a plus if they have some mobile integration so clients can be surveyed through e-mail or text message.

PROS: This tool is incredibly simple. This simplicity can help lead teams engage better and further with colleagues, partners, and clients in a structure manner. The envionrment in seeking out information for better decision making is one of the biggest impacts that this product makes. This tool is excellent in all forms regardless if you're taking surveys or making one.

CONS: This product is only limited for online use. So technically, it's impossible to be working on it offline. With that, you have design surveys that are a bit shorter than what you'd normally expect. It's a good and a bad thing.

PROS: Every GetFeedback survey can be customized to match any branding. It also makes it less of a pain for users to send in responses, as well as that of smart devices. I like how its integration lets responses be stored within Salesforce. Through this, we're able to trigger workflows and easily report on results.

CONS: My one and only need is to allow for numerous owners in every survey. Without any of that, we're only left with constant ownership transfers when a colloborative effort involving a group is needed in a survey.

PROS: I've used GetFeedback in the early going and I've got nothing but good things to say about it. The team is knowledgeable and friendly. Their customer service is beyond excellent! Responses are made timely. From the numerous answers online to helpful customer support, this tool is worth keeping.

CONS: There's one minor gripe that I have. But it's really not overly a big deal. I'm not at all into the added expense for the plugin available for Salesforce.

PROS: What I love about GetFeedback is the ability to make professional looking surveys and it doesn’t require special knowledge, our untrained staff can make the surveys and make them professional. The other great thing about this product is that it’s mobile friendly and doesn’t require additional setup. Our customers can simply follow the surveys from their email on their mobile device. Integration with Salesforce is another great thing about GF product. It provides lot of flexibility with its integrations and we can store our surveys into Salesforce, and this is really important to us. We are able to build powerful and dynamic surveys based on the product they have in SF. We have used other product where we needed to make surveys for each product.

CONS: We would like to see the surveys more customizable, for e.g. it would be great if they could insert 2 questions on one page or option to control the font size and style. On the other hand, I understand that they try to force the users to use more standardized format for creating surveys because it can be more compatible on mobile device.
