PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Every GetFeedback survey can be customized to match any branding. It also makes it less of a pain for users to send in responses, as well as that of smart devices. I like how its integration lets responses be stored within Salesforce. Through this, we're able to trigger workflows and easily report on results.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

My one and only need is to allow for numerous owners in every survey. Without any of that, we're only left with constant ownership transfers when a colloborative effort involving a group is needed in a survey.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We're making use of GetFeedback for employee and customer surveys. The automation of data sending and gathering through Salesforce greatly saved us from doing things manually. It also ensures surveys are being sent each time. We're capable of doing follow-ups to respondents where swift decision making with data is made at our fingertips.
