What are the best aspects of this product?
GetFeedback is very simple to deploy. It looks incredible in any smart device. It's also very user-friendly. Having the ability to pass on results to Salesforces is an added bonus! It did its job in taking the manual method to an automated solution. It's something that everyone (myself included) loves.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I just had something really bad to tell about this product. But so far, it's been a pleasure working with GetFeedback from the get go! I've yet to encounter anything negative.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We've made use of GetFeedback in a unique manner. The non-profit I work for has their own hotline for community members to call. Before we got our hands on GetFeedback, volunteers had to manually log caller details on a sheet, which is then combined every month for statistics gathering. Through GetFeedback and Salesforce, we can now send a GetFeedback survey automatically to the right volunter per call. Results are then re-posted back to the Salesforce case, which closes immediately after receiving the results.
