What are the best aspects of this product?

This product does more than simple collecting data for marketer. Great marketing tool. I love how it can be used on mobile device. We are able to insert pictures and videos so we can make the surveys more professional.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It is a great product and meets all our needs. We are using it for gathering more web experiences.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use the product for lot of things. We help companies to build predictive models and we try our best to help them analyze the buying signals, to track prospects and to gain more customers. It sounds really complicated but we managed to make the process simpler. We are able to set up kick-off call and to send GetFeedback survey. I love how it works on a mobile device. All the information we get is mapped into Salesforce and this helps our sales team to get detailed insight so they can make professional and successful 30 min call. We want to make people more confident and delighted, the surveys is our first customer touchpoint.
