What are the best aspects of this product?

GetFeedback is flexible and makes surveys easy to customize, so the surveys are more interactive and enjoyable. I am able to use the product for both marketing and customer service and provides great insight to our support team so they can track marketing optimization opportunities. The UI is intuitive and easy to set up from both customer and admin standpoint. It helps us to better understand our customers by launching engaging surveys.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

In my opinion additional logins are bit expensive.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

With GetFeedback we are able to understand how our users are using the product and helps us in feature innovations. We use it to gain insight into customer’ journeys so we can track fields which need optimization. We receive the feedback data in real time and it is extremely clear.
