What are the best aspects of this product?

GetFeedback is product that is easy to setup and looks great on every device. It is user friendly and very flexible. I love the ability to pass results to Salesforce and helps me to take completely automated solution instead of using manual process.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The other thing I would like to say is that I don’t have any dislikes about it. I have great experience with this product.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The way we use Getfeedback is very unique. The organization I work with offers helpline for the members of community and everyone can call into if they need some assistance. The members can enter call details such as type of issue, resolution, and age of caller on a spreadsheet in order to get statistics. By combining Salesforce and GetFeedback we can automatically send the surveys to specific volunteer/member after each call and the results are back to Salesforce.
