PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

GetFeedback allows me to create fully customized surveys. I am able to make the surveys branded so it can fit our unique company design.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

To be honest, I don’t use the UI to the fullest, I don’t use it on a daily basis and that’s why I have problem with the tools and features and how to use them, but it’s not their fault.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We wanted to improve our customers businesses, so we were searching for a survey tool in order to gain customer’s current state effortlessly. At first we would log all the information into Salesforce, but now we are able to get info directly from the surveys and to report back to leadership and keep track of the performances of each program. We use it for NPS survey.
