What are the best aspects of this product?

This tool is incredibly simple. This simplicity can help lead teams engage better and further with colleagues, partners, and clients in a structure manner. The envionrment in seeking out information for better decision making is one of the biggest impacts that this product makes. This tool is excellent in all forms regardless if you're taking surveys or making one.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

This product is only limited for online use. So technically, it's impossible to be working on it offline. With that, you have design surveys that are a bit shorter than what you'd normally expect. It's a good and a bad thing.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It's able to carry out employee surveys on any event regarldess if it's offsite or a major one for management feedback. Customer surveys dictates on what needs to be done. Acquiring true feedback from product-driven surveys shows which product components work and which ones don't. It also dictates the potential direction of products.
