What are the best aspects of this product?

I think it was our very own GetFeedback sales representative who gave a PowerPoint analogy when initially showcasing the survey builder. It's simple to make a quality and professional survey and then leaving it in the hands of our untrained staff members. Salesforce integration was another reason why we made GetFeedback as one of our chosen vendors. It's simple GUI has more harnessing power than what many would assume (at first glance). We've made use of it as a logic builder to create intelligent surveys that brings a user to relevant questions.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

At times, it would appear too simple. We'd often see ourselves wanting to add customizations on the pages, like being able to have a few questions on one page. Another thing we might want would be having the ability to manipulate the size and/or styling of fonts. But on a good note, I can understand why they're pushing users to a standard-based format for surveys. This could have something to do with easier compatibility for mobile devices. This won't be a good idea if users intend to make too many customizations on the display elements.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

As we push further in leveraging GetFeedback more often, we're finding various ways in leveraging it for customer feedback, such as scores in Net Promoter and CSAT. At the same time, we're also leveraging it for advanced approaches in sending surveys. This significantly cuts down on agent time while minimizing data input mistakes. This is done by letting customers provide the info we need for varying case scenarios.
