What are the best aspects of this product?

I like how the product looks and feels. What's more, its mobile UI can aid in increasing the possiblity of engagement since people are constantly on their smartphones and tablets. Its UI is intuitive for making surveys. The design templates are awesome. Monitoring responses and data manipulaition for sharing reports is simple.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There's some manipulation of data that's not as intricate as I'd want. But it's able to do just enough for basic and intermediate collection of data.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I love utilizing this tool with clients to gauge their interest. It's also used to get a "feel" on their social impact programs and options for making the right initiatives. It's useful insight for clients and the company I'm working for to collect the necessary data. I've use it in oral engagements and gettiung my audience fill out a couple questions before I come out to speak. We're able to see the results in real-time.
