What are the best aspects of this product?
I've used GetFeedback in the early going and I've got nothing but good things to say about it. The team is knowledgeable and friendly. Their customer service is beyond excellent! Responses are made timely. From the numerous answers online to helpful customer support, this tool is worth keeping.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There's one minor gripe that I have. But it's really not overly a big deal. I'm not at all into the added expense for the plugin available for Salesforce.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I'm receiving higher engagement with forms in terms of customer response and reviews. I'm able to gain insight in how we can do a better job in deciding for our business. I can integrate the system completely via the Campaign Monitor. At the moment, I haven't had the chance to use the Salesforce plugin.
