PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Two things that I find great with GetResponse marketing software. First is its 24/7 live chat. That means, if I have a hard time figuring things out or I want to ask someone randomly, all I need to do is click the live chat at the bottom. Just like that, an agent is available within seconds. The second is the functionality found within the newsletter creation process.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I feel there's nothing much to hate. The only thing that I'd like to see is having the ability to make a template permanently. I believe you can do this. And I think they can piece this for you. The only downside is the fee they charge you.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Being able to reach out to a lot of people. Doing this in a matter of clicks. All done by me. Being able to reach out to our lists through e-mail gives us the chance to express who we truly are and getting other people to share their successes to us. GetResponse prompts us to make that connection.
