PROS: GetResponse has plenty of handy functionality. The best of the bunch is the landing pages. You're able to crate world-class landing pages with great appearance in a short period of time. And doing that with minimal effort. It comes bundled with a drag-and-drop builder if you happen to not be technical.

CONS: By default, the double-optin can be enabled. This blows since the settings are difficult to spot. Analytics for e-mail campaigns are not that bad. But it could be a lot better. The dashboard can't be fully customized as you'll end up losing track of KPIs quickly.

PROS: I love the ability to customize contact fields and contact query. The platform is flexible and detailed. Getresponse allows you to send various newsletters to specific group. The mailing process is fluent and the functions are comprehensive. I like the send-time feature. GR provides you with detailed report of your newsletters. You can see who’s clicked, bounced and opened the e-mail, you are allowed to download the contact. The software provides you with great opportunities for your sales.

CONS: To be honest, I don’t like the message editor. It’s responsive on mobile, but whenever I try to make my own is hard to keep the text block align at same level, the responsive view looks weird. Also, the editor for landing page is too flexible, this means that if I want to add some alignments there is no foot mark and calibration line.

PROS: Get Response has many forms and tools helpful for every business. Features like Autoresponders, email-pop ups, exit popup helps us reach new clients and engage the existing clients. I can schedule when e-mails are send and I can even arrange several mails and send them during the month.

CONS: The tool to change layouts can be inflexible sometimes. Also, the popup feature doesn’t work correctly. The integration with Big Commerce is decent but sometimes doesn’t import the emails, I need to check to make sure if the list is updated.

PROS: You can easily create professional looking email forms with built-in templates. You can even modify the templates and create on your own. With Get Response your emails look more professional and that’s a big plus.

CONS: I would like to transfer email addresses from one list to another, for e.g. to move mails to another list based on the action they have performed like making sales or something. Maybe there is a feature for this but I haven’t found it yet.

PROS: Two things that I find great with GetResponse marketing software. First is its 24/7 live chat. That means, if I have a hard time figuring things out or I want to ask someone randomly, all I need to do is click the live chat at the bottom. Just like that, an agent is available within seconds. The second is the functionality found within the newsletter creation process.

CONS: I feel there's nothing much to hate. The only thing that I'd like to see is having the ability to make a template permanently. I believe you can do this. And I think they can piece this for you. The only downside is the fee they charge you.

PROS: GR appears to be heavy. It comes with a fantastic interface. By far, GR is the best compared to that of Constant Contact and MailChimp. What's more it's at a far lower cost. It's hard to imagine myself making a switch.

CONS: Two things that need looking into. The UI when making a new list isn't as intuitive as assumed. It's hard remembering where I'd have to go in customizing the "please confirm" message within the e-mail. Lastly, whenever I'm making a message and picking certain texts in the form of Italics, I'll have to send a test e-mail --- only to find out the whole message itself has been italicized.

PROS: GetResponse is one heck of a CRM. It's able to manage newsletters and e-mails easily. Being able to preview what my newsletter will appear via mobile is simply fantastic! I like how their analytics work. Their FAQs and training are useful.

CONS: I have some suggestions. One is to finding a mean to copy automatically a contact from one campaign to the next. Right now, I'm resorting to doing this all this the manual way. Next is to let every user pick the time/date preference to the preferred format. Right now, it's on a European date format.

PROS: Great CRM tool, helps in managing emails and newsletters. Get Response allows me to review my newsletters before sending them, I can even see how they look via mobile device. The app provides you with great analytics features. Their Customer Support is really helpful, also there are training videos and FAQs sections.

CONS: I have few suggestions: I would like to have an option where I can automatically copy a contact from one campaign to another, instead of doing this manually. Also it would be great if they can make an option for each user to choose date/time format according to their time zone.

PROS: I use Get response for more than two years. The timing feature is really great and helpful, it sends the email to the customer when they are most likely to open their email account. The price is reasonable. This system is easy to set up and user friendly, it is great email marketing tool.

CONS: I would like to see some improvements when it comes to flexibility of positioning templates, texts and graphics. Also, when shearing on facebook it shares like footer address, and I would like to see the post as content block.

PROS: For the past few years, I've been making use of GetResponse. I love its perfect timing in e-mailing the customer. By that means finding the right proper time for a customer to likely open it. It's a good practice for our organizatin. The system we had before was difficult to set up --- and we're just getting our feet wet with e-mail marketing.

CONS: Some improvement could be made with template flexibility in text and graphics positioning. Whenever a post is made in Facebook, it immediately posts the footer address as opposed to the content block.

PROS: It's challenging to pin down that thing I love with GetResponse. But I'd have to say that their comprehensive analytics and tracking are the best of the best. It lets us keep track of campaign performance. It also allows us to gain intelliegence intended for future campaigns. Aside from that, it has an e-mail builderm deliverability functionality, and contact management.

CONS: One aspect that I don't like with GetResponse is how they don't have precise functionality and guidelines that informs you when there are problems in your list and how quickly get back on the right track. GetResponse will shut you down without reason or warning ahead of time if you appear to be getting their deliverability at risk. This is simply intolerable for service. Now I get scared whenever you send out an e-mail since you might worry of some person who will mark you as spam. GetResponse could suspend your account for good.

PROS: I love the ability to create forms the way I want and to integrate the forms with my email list. Get Response offers great list features, I love the feature that lets the newsletter to be send in perfect time when the mail is most likely to be opened. I am able to send a newsletter to multiple contacts at once, this is the feature I have not seen in other CRM platforms.

CONS: In my opinion, they need to make the newsletter design more clear, because It’s difficult to drop image block in a specific place, also there is no way to change an image when you upload, you need to delete the image and start over again. It would be really helpful if they can put an option to replace the image. There are many bugs within the system, I need to wait 2h when I try to send my newsletter. Also I would like to see some improvements in targeting section, there isn’t an option to resend an email to those who didn’t click the email.

PROS: If you want your emails to be delivered to your audience, then this is a platform for you. Whenever you struggle with something you can always reach for their support, their live chat is 24/7 open. Their support team is very responsive. I must say that this software is far better than Mailchimp. The Get Response provides with strict email policies.

CONS: To be honest, I don’t like the design of their templates, they are not attractive. Also they need to work on their UI because it’s a little confusing. Sometimes it’s difficult for me to continue with my work because I don’t know where I’m supposed to click. But the great thing is that their customer service is always here to help.

PROS: Get Response is excellent communication tool, I can interact with my clients easily and with its Time Travel feature I am able to reach every customer no matter their time-zone. Also, there is great option for sending emails when the clients would most likely to open it. The platform has wonderful features. I can even transfer the templates and auto-responders to other team members so they don’t need to waste time on creating the templates over again.

CONS: The drag and drop feature is confusing. I don’t like Gmail, Yahoo and AOL to auto categorize the emails because many of my subscribers don’t even open those tabs.

PROS: I love how GR would let me interact with my clients in a swift manner. I love its Time Travel functionality. It makes sure all my messages were sent regardless of where I am in the world. I like the option of sending it at the most convenient time for my clients to open and read it. It's a functionality that works like magic. I like how I can easily migrate my autoresponders and templates to members of my team without re-creating wheels.

CONS: Its drag and drop can be clunky. I've seen other drag and drop tools that are far more inuitive than what this has to offer. I have on site made by weebly. And that was simple to do. I dislike it can categorize e-mails automatically into one promotions folder since a majority of my clients wouldn't even attempt in opening the tabs.

The mailing process is fluent and the functions are comprehensive. I like the send-time feature. GR provides you with detailed report of your newsletters. You can see who’s clicked, bounced and opened the e-mail, you are allowed to download the contact. The software provides you with great opportunities for your sales.

CONS: To be honest, I don’t like the message editor. It’s responsive on mobile, but whenever I try to make my own is hard to keep the text block align at same level, the responsive view looks weird. Also, the editor for landing page is too flexible, this means that if I want to add some alignments there is no foot mark and calibration line.

PROS: I was searching for a system that will help me to keep my contact lists. I found the GetResponse and I can clearly say that this platform meets all my needs. I don’t sell any product I just run a couple of websites and all I need is to maintain my email list. I don’t even need to run subscribers across many different segments based on their actions and purchases. GR offers helpful features, value and most important great deliverability.

CONS: It can be a little difficult when it comes in editing the templates once they are created (for e.g. if I choose a background color or use some features, and If I change my mind I need to start over again.) I think they could create something that will work for every business.

PROS: Get Response is great CRM tool that offers helpful features. I love the landing pages and creating forms features, they are easy to use. I love the ability to turn-off the opt-in verification so I can transfer the list to Get Response without the need to email my subscribers so they can “click here” to transfer them onto my list. The process is done once and there is no need to do it over again.

CONS: I loved the integration with 1shoppingchart that allows to import clients who had made an offer into specific list directly in GR. Unfortunately, they do not support this integration anymore so I have to move to a different cart.

PROS: Whenever I face some issues I can contact the Get response team on their 24/7 live chat. With only one click I’m offered a help in a matter of seconds. The platform provides us with great features for creating our Newsletters. We can choose from their templates, or we can even create our own newsletter template. There are many helpful, easy to use and drag-and-drop features.

CONS: The only one thing I want to see in GR, and that’s the ability to create permanent template, I believe they will hear my suggestion. It would be great if they can make this option for free instead of paying fees for creating permanent templates.
