What are the best aspects of this product?

For the past few years, I've been making use of GetResponse. I love its perfect timing in e-mailing the customer. By that means finding the right proper time for a customer to likely open it. It's a good practice for our organizatin. The system we had before was difficult to set up --- and we're just getting our feet wet with e-mail marketing.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Some improvement could be made with template flexibility in text and graphics positioning. Whenever a post is made in Facebook, it immediately posts the footer address as opposed to the content block.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Sending e-mail regularly to my customers. It's been an eye opener seeing how essential it is to be in touch with customers. Social media is available. But through e-mail, you can specifically send out message to customer without going through any filters. The next step is working with market segments to ensure we're delivering the kind of messages we want to the proper audience.
