What are the best aspects of this product?
Get Response has many forms and tools helpful for every business. Features like Autoresponders, email-pop ups, exit popup helps us reach new clients and engage the existing clients. I can schedule when e-mails are send and I can even arrange several mails and send them during the month.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The tool to change layouts can be inflexible sometimes. Also, the popup feature doesn’t work correctly. The integration with Big Commerce is decent but sometimes doesn’t import the emails, I need to check to make sure if the list is updated.
