What are the best aspects of this product?

You can easily create professional looking email forms with built-in templates. You can even modify the templates and create on your own. With Get Response your emails look more professional and that’s a big plus.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I would like to transfer email addresses from one list to another, for e.g. to move mails to another list based on the action they have performed like making sales or something. Maybe there is a feature for this but I haven’t found it yet.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Get response helps me to increase my sales using two main features. I must say that the Autoresponder feature is very practical. Simple, clear, easy to use. I love the survey feature, I’m using it to find out about issues with my products and finding opportunities to build new ones. What I found is that people like to answer multiple choice survey instead of responding to an email.
