What are the best aspects of this product?

If you want your emails to be delivered to your audience, then this is a platform for you. Whenever you struggle with something you can always reach for their support, their live chat is 24/7 open. Their support team is very responsive. I must say that this software is far better than Mailchimp. The Get Response provides with strict email policies.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

To be honest, I don’t like the design of their templates, they are not attractive. Also they need to work on their UI because it’s a little confusing. Sometimes it’s difficult for me to continue with my work because I don’t know where I’m supposed to click. But the great thing is that their customer service is always here to help.
