PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

I use Get response for more than two years. The timing feature is really great and helpful, it sends the email to the customer when they are most likely to open their email account. The price is reasonable. This system is easy to set up and user friendly, it is great email marketing tool.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I would like to see some improvements when it comes to flexibility of positioning templates, texts and graphics. Also, when shearing on facebook it shares like footer address, and I would like to see the post as content block.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Get response helps me to get emails of my customers. It’s really important to stay in touch with your customers on a daily basis. Yes, the social media is great tool but email is more powerful because via email you can deliver specific content to your customers. Email marketing is really powerful and helpful tool nowadays.
