PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Great CRM tool, helps in managing emails and newsletters. Get Response allows me to review my newsletters before sending them, I can even see how they look via mobile device. The app provides you with great analytics features. Their Customer Support is really helpful, also there are training videos and FAQs sections.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I have few suggestions: I would like to have an option where I can automatically copy a contact from one campaign to another, instead of doing this manually. Also it would be great if they can make an option for each user to choose date/time format according to their time zone.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Get Response is great tool for interacting with my clients in a way they want. The analytics features help me to choose messages that resonate with my clients. I get efficient advices on how to make my content marketing more beneficial.
