What are the best aspects of this product?
Get Response is excellent communication tool, I can interact with my clients easily and with its Time Travel feature I am able to reach every customer no matter their time-zone. Also, there is great option for sending emails when the clients would most likely to open it. The platform has wonderful features. I can even transfer the templates and auto-responders to other team members so they don’t need to waste time on creating the templates over again.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The drag and drop feature is confusing. I don’t like Gmail, Yahoo and AOL to auto categorize the emails because many of my subscribers don’t even open those tabs.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I can send a market content to many people. Also I am able to select and create groups or lists of people I want to contact and send them my emails. Get response allows me to send emails 2x per month. I can even start the auto-responder whenever I want.
