What are the best aspects of this product?
I love the ability to create forms the way I want and to integrate the forms with my email list. Get Response offers great list features, I love the feature that lets the newsletter to be send in perfect time when the mail is most likely to be opened. I am able to send a newsletter to multiple contacts at once, this is the feature I have not seen in other CRM platforms.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
In my opinion, they need to make the newsletter design more clear, because It’s difficult to drop image block in a specific place, also there is no way to change an image when you upload, you need to delete the image and start over again. It would be really helpful if they can put an option to replace the image. There are many bugs within the system, I need to wait 2h when I try to send my newsletter. Also I would like to see some improvements in targeting section, there isn’t an option to resend an email to those who didn’t click the email.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
The system helps me to interact with my subscribers effortlessly, I can easily create forms. GR is beneficial platform that allows you to send multiple lists at once. I love the time sending option.
