What are the best aspects of this product?
Get Response is great CRM tool that offers helpful features. I love the landing pages and creating forms features, they are easy to use. I love the ability to turn-off the opt-in verification so I can transfer the list to Get Response without the need to email my subscribers so they can “click here” to transfer them onto my list. The process is done once and there is no need to do it over again.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I loved the integration with 1shoppingchart that allows to import clients who had made an offer into specific list directly in GR. Unfortunately, they do not support this integration anymore so I have to move to a different cart.

Get Response helps me to send newsletters weekly, and to create landing pages and forms.
