PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

GetResponse is one heck of a CRM. It's able to manage newsletters and e-mails easily. Being able to preview what my newsletter will appear via mobile is simply fantastic! I like how their analytics work. Their FAQs and training are useful.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I have some suggestions. One is to finding a mean to copy automatically a contact from one campaign to the next. Right now, I'm resorting to doing this all this the manual way. Next is to let every user pick the time/date preference to the preferred format. Right now, it's on a European date format.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The primary issue that this can solve is interacting with clients in a manner they want. Analytics in GetResponse gives me the chance to look into what messages appeal well to my clients. And it gives me an understanding on which ones doesn't. It also helps me determine the best time to reach out to them. I also favor the education GetResponse is offering.
