PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

GR appears to be heavy. It comes with a fantastic interface. By far, GR is the best compared to that of Constant Contact and MailChimp. What's more it's at a far lower cost. It's hard to imagine myself making a switch.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Two things that need looking into. The UI when making a new list isn't as intuitive as assumed. It's hard remembering where I'd have to go in customizing the "please confirm" message within the e-mail. Lastly, whenever I'm making a message and picking certain texts in the form of Italics, I'll have to send a test e-mail --- only to find out the whole message itself has been italicized.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We operate as a non-profit. The people on the list we've made via GR are considered to be our most willing givers. They managed to opt in since they're interested in us. They're likely to provide than those whose e-mails we got via a costly e-mail finding platform.
