What are the best aspects of this product?

I was searching for a system that will help me to keep my contact lists. I found the GetResponse and I can clearly say that this platform meets all my needs. I don’t sell any product I just run a couple of websites and all I need is to maintain my email list. I don’t even need to run subscribers across many different segments based on their actions and purchases. GR offers helpful features, value and most important great deliverability.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It can be a little difficult when it comes in editing the templates once they are created (for e.g. if I choose a background color or use some features, and If I change my mind I need to start over again.) I think they could create something that will work for every business.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

With Get Response I am able to reach my audience and share with them updates, promotions, newsletter for announcements and other contents.
