What are the best aspects of this product?
Whenever I face some issues I can contact the Get response team on their 24/7 live chat. With only one click I’m offered a help in a matter of seconds. The platform provides us with great features for creating our Newsletters. We can choose from their templates, or we can even create our own newsletter template. There are many helpful, easy to use and drag-and-drop features.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The only one thing I want to see in GR, and that’s the ability to create permanent template, I believe they will hear my suggestion. It would be great if they can make this option for free instead of paying fees for creating permanent templates.

Get Response helps me to reach many people at the same time with only one click. I can have an access to our contact lists via email and I can clearly see how others can share our successes. People want to share success instead of participating in your business. With GR we are able to create strong and powerful connection with our clients.
