What are the best aspects of this product?

The implementation quickness of Gigya by our devs is amazing. Support has been friendly since reaching out to them for help. We can't help but appreciate the stuff that they've done for us. Thank you, Nesrine for being overly helpful!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There's nothing major that stands out. Some parts of the documentation may need a bit of updating. This goes for new socialize.js links.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Being able to get someone to deal with a wide range of social sites for signing in. That's a big advantage for us since getting this. Now we're only tasked in managing a single API consistently. It beats than keeping multiple APIs updated.
