Pros: Product integration straight into our system has been simple. It's buttery smooth. Gigya has surprised us in a lot of ways than what we expected. Take note that Gigya is an international firm.

Cons: We're trying to acquire as much insight as we can in our user base. Our aim is to further increase interactions or user engagement on the sites we're currently running. Integration to our system has been great since using this. I can't get enough how helpful their support was.

Pros: Jeff is currently our client servie manager. He's been quick with our inquiries. Any requests or research stuff that we want him to do, he does his best. It's been a great pleasure working with him!

Cons: The differences in time zone between us. It can be difficult working with them especially on urgent matters. These usually come around in the morning.
