What are the best aspects of this product?
Being Registration-as-a-Service user, I love how I can organized and query user data directly from Identity Storage. We're currently leveraging its Single Sing On functionality. It so happens that it does that exceptionally well. We've seen immense improvement in our registration process.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Right now, our dev team is widely distributed in the United States and India. Gigya's support are actually on the West Coast in the U.S. (our team happens to be in the East Coast). When we collaborated on some highly complex parts of the implementation process, the different time zone significanly slowed our process to a crawl. This could be a potential problem that may have an impact in certain organization if time happens to be a crucial aspect.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We're mainly using Gigya for its service. This includes social commenting, login, and user management. We finds it user management to be very easy and handy. What's ore, our account service touches base and make inquiries that lets them comprehend our current business goals.
