What are the best aspects of this product?
Product integration straight into our system has been simple. It's buttery smooth. Gigya has surprised us in a lot of ways than what we expected. Take note that Gigya is an international firm.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
We're trying to acquire as much insight as we can in our user base. Our aim is to further increase interactions or user engagement on the sites we're currently running. Integration to our system has been great since using this. I can't get enough how helpful their support was.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
The time difference. The gap between us and their support is around three hours. This can pose serious problems from time to time.
