What are the best aspects of this product?

Jeff is currently our client servie manager. He's been quick with our inquiries. Any requests or research stuff that we want him to do, he does his best. It's been a great pleasure working with him!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The differences in time zone between us. It can be difficult working with them especially on urgent matters. These usually come around in the morning.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We a lot of goals. But our main aim is to spot user actions within the social space. We partnered with Gigya to help us out. And they've made a lot of good things happen!
