What are the best aspects of this product?

GitHub puts its effors in having a good UX. It's probably the biggest reason why it stands out from other Git solutions in the market. It also offers a vanilla experience. Managing pull-requests in the platfrom is simple and organized that everything feels natural. On the social side, it lets developers pitch into any projects. It's a hub for active developers.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The bad part with GitHub is that its private repo is a paid version. It's reasonable enough for companies to make prviate repos payment but for developers to constantly update a private project is never profitable. It would be a plus if the platform is leanient on having a free private repository.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I'm constantly reviewing pull requests with GitHub's interface to help view code changes which makes things easy. At the same time, having the ability to offer excellent UX for commenting is a plus.
