Great Open Source platform

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like the simplicity of the Version Control and also it allows you to figure out the CLI and UI. The Open Source side is community based you may discuss with other users about the issues with code and even to solve some issues with their help. Also, I like that the private side is not visible for everyone and you can invite people to your projects. The API is robust and it provides lot of 3rd party apps and websites that work with it to bolster the tools like TravisCi.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It has small learning curve, but this is no problem at all. The version control is easier to use it with Command Line Interface.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This is great tool for group-based development, for tracking issues and fixing them and for version control.
